We have a new and friendly team in place. The kitchen team is led by Kyle who brings over 25 years experience in the food industry. Kyle brings a wide range of modern Australian food to tempt your palate and tickle your tastebuds. He emphasizes the use of local products ranging from delicate cheeses from Robertson, olives from Kangaroo Valley to local Angus Beef cuts and some herbs from our garden. We also maintain a selection of some of the best wines of the Shoalhaven and Illawarra regions matched perfectly with the meals to help you enjoy the finest this region has to offer. Our menu changes with the seasons to take advantage of local produce at its peak and allow you to experience a wide variety of flavours and techniques.
The Pavilion is open Tuesday to Saturday nights for dinner.
In-house guests may also enjoy their meals from the comfort and privacy of their rooms by order from our regular menu for room service.
Due to high demand especially on weekends, bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
The Pavilion is fully licensed and is no longer BYO. We are also now shaking up some scrumptious cocktails to be enjoyed before, during and after dinner.
The Pavilion also serves breakfast each day to both in-house guests and public visitors alike. Pavilion offers a delicious continental breakfast 7 days a week.
